Then just last week we got "Black Faces" with Nipsey Hu$$le and now we get "Silk Pillows" with Beck. Damn this guy has a large range of musical influences.
 

Dom Kennedy - My Type Of Party

Dom has been featured on a bunch of tracks but this is the first song of his own I've heard and it is dope. The beat is so trippy I enjoy it. If he's good enough to collaborate with Curren$y, Kendrick Lamar and Schooboy Q he is good enough for me.
 

Curren$y - Jet Life ft. Big K.R.I.T and Wiz Khalifa

Curren$y's Stoned Immaculate drops next week on June 5th and this song has the biggest collaboration for the album. The song is really good, we get the memorable pairing of Wiz and Curren$y plus the addition of Krit on the hook was great. I'm definitely going to buy this album when it comes out!

Childish Gambino - Black Faces ft. Nipsey Hussle

Holy fuck Donald Glover is going hard! His variety of sound keeps increasing, I really like the way he attacks this beat which is made by Boi-1da. Childish Gambino enlists Nipsey Hussle on this track too and he fits perfectly. This is the 2nd track off of Glover's new mixtape coming soon.

Chamillionaire - Tellaheaux Goodbye

Chamillionaire is still on of the best artists in the hip-hop game. His style and flow are amazing but we need to hear a full project soon. C'mon Cham release some shit!

My mind has just exploded! I friggen' love this combination of Childish Gambino and Heems from Das Racist. These two need to keep working together and they should add the rest of Das Racist too. Lisa Ray was born in Toronto and is a Hindu Bengali and Polish mixed beauty. She has to be Canada's official cougar. Now at the age of 40 she still looks gorgeous and I definitely approve. A few years ago Lisa was diagnosed with white blood cell cancer but through stem cell transplants she is now cancer free and is doing great things. Lisa Ray is now the host of one Canada's most popular shows, Top Chef Canada, on the Food Network. Cool Sound and Water Experiment is Crazy!

I had to watch this a few times because it blew my mind and I didn`t believe it was real at first. The uploader of video explains ``This is really simple but has such an awesome effect. Fill a bucket full of water and place it about 5 feet off the ground. Place a subwoofer about 1 foot lower than the bucket. Run a plastic tube from the top bucket down in front of the subwoofer. Tape the tube to the front of the speaker. Then aim the end of the tube to an empty bucket on the floor. Get the water flowing from the top bucket. Now just generate a 24 hz sine wave and set your camera to 24 fps and watch the magic happen. Basically your cameras frame rate is synced up with the rate of the vibrations of the water so it appears to be frozen or still. Now if you play a 23 hz sine wave your frame rate will be off just a little compared to the sine wave causing the water to "move backward" or so as it appears. You can play a 25 hz sine wave and cause the water to move slowly foward.``

I guess Gun Metal Gray is supposed to be a 20 minute musical and by judging from the pictures and trailers it might be pretty badass! Yup it's 4/20 which is probably Curren$y's favorite day of the year so it makes sense to post his latest single off of Stoned Immaculate. Curren$y and Daz are a pretty good combination together and the beat is pretty good; it sounds like a west coast beat.
 

Racist White Girl Hates Brown People

Holy fuck, how does this still happen in 2012. This is one of the most ignorant things I have ever seen. Not only is she ignorant but she is really dumb, she gave away all her contact information at the end as if only white people would watch it. She really needs to educate herself on all her arguments before she speaks.  I would say most people in Canada are not like this but there is still a lot of racism going on. It was only a few weeks a go that we had a rally for white people in Edmonton, which should never of happened. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but keep shit like that private; nobody wants to hear that stuff. A$AP premiered his newest single this past weekend during Coachella. He links up with his producer Hit-Boy to make another hit. A$AP's debut album is one of my most anticipated albums for 2012. He gave us the smash hits "Peso" and "Purple Swag" last year and a teaser for his song with Lana Del Rey is creating a huge buzz.

Holy shit Coachella 2012 was amazing. The three day music fest just wrapped up last night in tremendous fashion. Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg put on a historic performance last night and even brought some of their friends along too like Kurrupt, Warren G, Wiz Khalifa, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent, Eminem and even 2pac! Yes they had a holographic 2pac performing which blew my mind. Coachella 2012 will always be remembered! Bing Cypher - Prelude Of Light

Bing Cypher is back! After the release of his mixtape Change of Heart last year Bing is back into the booth and he is looking to make some great music. This is the intro from his next project. Listening to this track I can tell that Bing Cypher is really putting his heart and soul into his craft and it is paying off in great amounts. Kanye's "Through The Wire" was amazing when it first came out and now it is regarded as a classic hip-hop track. It embodies everything that hip-hop is all about and has passed the test of time. I can't believe it's been 9 years already since this track dropped. Kanye is one of the living legends we got today and he is still making classic records!It doesn't get much better than this, so sit back, listen and enjoy. The track is really good and even though I was expecting a banger from these two I'm happily surprised that they released a song as chill as this. I can't wait to hear more collabs from these two. Nicki Minaj - Champion ft. Drake Young Jeezy and Nas

Huge names are featured on this track but does it live up to the hype? I think it does, the hook sounds out of place but the beat is awesome and lyrically it sounds great. "Champion" is off of Minaj's lates album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. I definitely approve of this song.

Jay Rock - Checkmate

Some new material from TDE's Jay Rock. His debut album Follow Me Home was amazing and one of my most listened to albums of 2011 (and still is). He continues on that success with this new track, which I'll probably have on repeat for a quite a bit. The beat is by The Futuristiks and is really dope!
