Approved Throwback: Kanye West

Kanye's "Through The Wire" was amazing when it first came out and now it is regarded as a classic hip-hop track. It embodies everything that hip-hop is all about and has passed the test of time. I can't believe it's been 9 years already since this track dropped. Kanye is one of the living legends we got today and he is still making classic records!It doesn't get much better than this, so sit back, listen and enjoy. Approved Throwback: Eminem - Superman

This is probably one of the most vulgar, psychotic songs ever made by Eminem. This is the type of Em that I really like. Some of the things he said is what people were thinking but wouldn't dare to say and the way that he delivered those lines were special. Also how fucked up was this line "Put anthrax on a tampax, and slap you till you can't stand". Make sure to check out the remix below which i prefer instead.

Approved Throwbacks: 50 Cent - 21 Questions

There hasn`t been a lot of good music this past few months so I decided to kick back to one of my favorite cd`s of all time. I remember listening to Get Rich or Die Tryin`  for the first time when I was 12 years old in elementary. Parental Advisory?? Yeah right, that's not how it used to be. With singles like Wanksta, In Da Club, 21 Questions and Many Men, 50 Cent made a classic album. Also don't think I've forgotten about the hard songs like Blood Hound, Back Down and Don't Push Me either because I can listen to those all day long. With over 8 million album sales and 9 years later this cd still bangs hard. Hit the jump for some more videos.

M.I.A. - Bad Girls

I don't know why buy I dig this tune. It's no "Swagger Like Us" or "Paper Planes" but it is still hella catchy. I think the South East Asian influence on her beats makes it appealing to me. Her style is so weird I enjoy it.

Sway and King Tech - The Anthem ft. RZA, Tech N9ne, Xzibit and more

Hip-hop at its finest. The Anthem is off of Sway and King Tech's album This or That. Sway and King are really one of the first people to really introduce Tech N9ne, Eminem and Crooked I to the hip-hop global community.
