Nicki Minaj - Champion ft. Drake Young Jeezy and Nas

Huge names are featured on this track but does it live up to the hype? I think it does, the hook sounds out of place but the beat is awesome and lyrically it sounds great. "Champion" is off of Minaj's lates album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. I definitely approve of this song.

Jay Rock - Checkmate

Some new material from TDE's Jay Rock. His debut album Follow Me Home was amazing and one of my most listened to albums of 2011 (and still is). He continues on that success with this new track, which I'll probably have on repeat for a quite a bit. The beat is by The Futuristiks and is really dope!

Ludovin - Tricks ft. Childish Gambino

I don't really know much about Ludovin except that Childish has dropped his name a few times in his own music. Regardless this song is friggen' awesome. Ace Hood - Different People ft. Game

Ace Hood is constantly showing why he actually belongs in hip-hop. He always goes hard in all of his tracks and his flow is really good plus he raps about real things. In this track I'd even say he destroys Game lyrically. Ace is definitely underrated in the game.
 

Kirko Bangz - Drank In My Cup ft. J Cole

Kirko Bangz and J. Cole link up together for this smooth track. Cole adds his verse to Kirko's hit song. From J. Cole himself  "This is the original freestyle. How it was supposed to be heard before n**gas violated and chopped my sh*t."

Swizz Beatz - Street Knock ft. ASAP Rocky

I don't know what it is about Swizz but sometime I really just want the dude to shut the fuck up but sometimes he's a genius. This track is one of the better songs he's done as an artist. I think he is much better when he tones himself down a bit because when he tries to go hard it's really annoying. Also A$AP Rocky is a beast! I know for sure that A$AP is going to be the next big thing in hip-hop and I cannot wait to hear more from him.
 

Obie Trice - Richard ft. Eminem

A few weeks ago Obie let go of his Watch The Chrome  mixtape which was mainly forgettable but he is finally releasing Bottom's Up soon. A while back a snippet of this song was release but the full version has now leaked. This track is the first single off of the album and it is setting the bar really high. Props go to Statik Selektah for making a really dope beat too!

Wow. Wow. Wow. This girl is definitely not the smartest girl I have ever seen. It is a really good thing that she's pretty. Her logic behind her answer is pure gold, might be the funniest thing ever. She cannot even accept the correct answer.

Game - The City ft. Kendrick Lamar

Everybody's favorite song off of the RED album by Game gets the visual treatment. I could not wait for this video and it does not disappoint! This song features Compton's own Kendrick Lamar who assassinates this beat, it is amazing.

ASAP Rocky - Purple Swag

Probably one of my favorite singles from last year. ASAP's mixtape is still getting high rotation from me. The dude talks a lot of shit about how good his rap game is but so far he's been backing it up. I'd say his mixtape was better than most albums that came out last year. I can definitely hear the Houston, UGK influence in his songs.

Melanie Fiona - Gone (La Dada Di) ft. Snoop Dogg

Melanie Fiona and Snoop Dogg get together for a track off of Fiona's latest album. This girl is pretty fierce and the track is pretty good even though Snoop seems out of place.

What Girls Really Do at Slumber Parties

Melanie Iglesias ans Lisa Ramos having a slumber party? Hell yeah this video is awesome, but there's always a catch. This probably ruined the fantasy for most the guys out there. Right when I saw that bleach I was so pissed; thanks Melanie ans Lisa.

Approved Throwback: Eminem - Superman

This is probably one of the most vulgar, psychotic songs ever made by Eminem. This is the type of Em that I really like. Some of the things he said is what people were thinking but wouldn't dare to say and the way that he delivered those lines were special. Also how fucked up was this line "Put anthrax on a tampax, and slap you till you can't stand". Make sure to check out the remix below which i prefer instead.

Stop Joseph Kony 2012

What the fuck, how do people even do something like this. Kony abducts children from their families and kills them or forces them into the army as child soldiers. One thing that was said in this video was about how if something like this happened once in America the people would be outraged. This video proves how powerful a media outlet like Youtube, Twitter and Facebook can really be as it has made this video go viral and it shows the world how fucked up this situation really is. This video is pretty tough to watch due to how graphic it is, we need to make this loser famous and destroy the L.R.A. and Joseph Kony.
